RIVTEX® for maximum quality
RIVTEX® clinch studs are installed into pre-pierced panels. Initially the hole in the panel is widened by the calibrating collar, which also centres the stud. The material is deformed and pressed into the ribs under the head.
A very high load-carrying capacity is achieved by means of the patented underhead geometry. Reduced production stages and energy consumption result in considerable cost savings. An additional advantage is the possibility of installing multiple clinch studs in a single operation
